Growing Info:
Sow in-situ Mar-May. Rake soil to a fine tilth and sow 3mm deep in rills 30cm apart. When seedlings appear and are large enough to handle, thin out to 15cm apart. Alternatively sow under glass Feb-Apr, or Aug-Sep. Sow thinly in trays and propagate at 16-18°C. Prick out when large enough. Harden off before planting out 25-30cm apart. Protect young plants from heavy frosts.
Aftercare:
Water established plants thoroughly when soil is dry, rather than little and often.
