Growing Info: For the shoots, sow indoors all-year-round in trays. Cover the seeds with 15mm of compost, leaving a small gap between them. Within 3-4 weeks, the shoots will be ready to harvest. Alternatively, grow as a traditional pea outside. Sow seeds April-June once the soil has warmed up, 15cm apart in flat bottomed, pre-watered drills, 5cm deep. Sow two seeds per sowing and thin out weaker seedling. |

Aftercare: For shoots, harvest when each plant is 30cm tall. Pick the top 2-5cm of every tip. After the 1st harvest allow the plant to recover for 2 weeks, then harvest weekly. If growing for pea harvest, give plants support to climb, and protect from birds with netting. |
