Spectacular spires of dense, creamy-white, pea-like flowers above mounds of palmate green foliage. Popular perennial for cottage gardens and mixed herbaceous borders. Makes a good cut flower and can last up to a week. The cream white flowers will tolerate dappled shade to brighten a shady corner.

Growing Info:
Soak seeds for 2 days before planting. Sow inside 5-10mm deep. Seeds require 20-30c to germinate, start off in a propagator or sealed polythene bag on a windowsill. Be patient, can take 3-4 weeks to germinate. Prick out to individual pots when large enough to handle. Harden off and transplant to final position 50cm apart after the frosts have passed.
Aftercare:
Cut down faded flower spikes, then water and feed to get a second flush of blooms.
