Growing Info: Sow thinly from Mar-Aug in drills, 10mm deep, in soil that has been raked to a fine tilth. Grows well under cloches in frosty weather. Thin out seedlings when large enough to handle to 15cm between plants. Suitable for succession sowing for constant supply, harvest 10 to 12 weeks after sowing. Can also be sown under cover Feb-April in modules, and planted out to the vegetable garden after the frosts have passed. Thin to 15cm between plants and 25-30cm between rows. |
