Dill Seeds

Dill Seeds

An essential herb for fish and meat lovers. Both the seeds and ferny foliage of this annual have a warm, delicate aniseed flavour. They also make good cut flower fillers with a vibrant splash of green. Positioning the plant in a sunny, sheltered spot encourages many beneficial insects to visit the clusters of tiny acid-yellow flowers. Leave the seed heads for winter interest and to allow the plants to self seed.
