These traditional Sweet Williams are covered in dark burgundy-chocolate flowers as early as May. They make great cut flowers through May and June. If cutting while young, can last 2-3 weeks in water. Mix with fresh lime greens and tulips for a sumptuous display.

Growing Info:
Sow undercover April-May, 1cm deep in seed soil. From May-June, seeds can be sown where they are to flower in a moist well prepared seed bed. Plant out/thin out seedlings to 30cm apart. If grown under cover, harden off young plants and plant out when risk of frost has passed. Flowers appear the following Spring.
Aftercare:
Deadhead regularly and feed with a balanced fertiliser every couple of months to increase flowering.
