Chicory 'Rossa di Treviso' Seeds

Chicory 'Rossa di Treviso' Seeds

This Italian crop is a favourite ingredient for both salads and cooked dishes. Each plant produces an upright rosette of deep purple spear-like leaves with pure white midribs. They have a pleasantly bitter taste that intensifies as plants mature. Cut whole plants or pick individual leaves. Good cold tolerance.
