Common Name: | Common harebell |
Plant Type: | Perennial |
Position: | Full Sun to Partial Sun |
Height: | 30cm |
Spread: | 25cm |
Growing Info: Sow under cover February to April by lightly pressing the seeds to the surface of seed compost. Do not cover as light is required for germination. Ensure adequate ventilation once germination has occurred to prevent damping off. When large enough to handle, transplant the seedlings to pots and grow on in cooler temperatures. |
|
Aftercare: Cut back after flowering to encourage another flush of flowers, and to prevent self-seeding if not desired. Apply an annual leaf mould mulch. |
